Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Customer Service Event Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at various events, ensuring a positive experience for attendees while maintaining brand integrity. You will represent our company at events, assist with event setup and breakdown, and provide on-site support to customers. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Setup and breakdown, including handling event materials and ensuring the event area is organized and clean.
- Promote and maintain a positive company image at all times during events.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, both on-site and via phone or email as needed.
- Manage event materials, including promotional items, flyers, and signage, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for distribution.
- Ability to represent the company at multiple events, including on weekends or as required by the event schedule.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various event locations.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a truck (company vehicle) for transporting event materials and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with the physical demands of event setup and breakdown.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Previous customer service or event experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for event setup and breakdown.
- Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods.
- Ability to drive a truck to transport event materials and equipment.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
