The Event Associate plays a key role in the execution of sales and customer engagement campaigns through events, strategically organized in communities where our clients aim to expand their business presence. The Event Associate is the ideal position for someone who enjoys building connections with the community, aids customers with their needs, and wants to establish a career in a company that values excellence and team collaboration.
Day-to-day responsibilities and functions of the Event Associate:
- Educate potential customers about our client’s products and services, promotions, and available bundles that best fit their unique needs.
- Actively listen to these customers, identifying opportunities to drive sales, cross-sell other products, and provide personalized solutions.
- Aid the Sales Department with the creation and execution of community outreach events, sharing best strategies, and implementing customer feedback for the betterment of the company.
- Showcase product knowledge and walk customers through the sales process respectfully and professionally, following up with them to ensure a long-lasting positive experience and continued customer satisfaction.
- Participate in company-wide training sessions, collaborate with other departments to develop specialized sales knowledge and proven sales methods.
- Keep track of every customer interaction, sales transaction, and customer feedback.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and customer engagement targets.
What we are looking for in the Event Associate:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework or a degree is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service campaigns and sales strategies is preferred but not required.
- Reliable team player, willing to lend a hand to peers and collaborate with other departments, for an integral experience.
- Basic understanding of sales campaigns and customer relationships, with a strong desire to develop knowledge and skills.
- Organizational skills, ability to multitask, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
