We are a very busy, fast paced, family run drive thru coffee shop on the corner of N. Territorial Rd. and Dexter Pinckney Rd. in Dexter, MI. We believe in amazing drinks, locally made food and snacks and treating our staff and customers like family.
We are looking for new baristas to share our passion of coffee and customer service! We strive for fast, fun and friendly service.
What we are looking for:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Must be able to multitask and handle multiple orders at once.
Must be a quick learner and quick on your feet and enjoy a fast paced work environment.
Must be able to stand for at least 5 hours.
Must be personable and enjoy customer service.
Must be able to work by yourself and with another coworker.
Must be able to work all, any or part of our normal business hours.
Bearclaw is open Monday through Friday from 5AM to 3PM and Saturday and Sunday from 6AM to 4PM.
Our shift schedule runs
Monday through Friday
5AM - 10AM
6AM -12PM
10AM - 3PM
Saturday and Sunday
6AM - 11AM
7AM - 2PM
11AM - 4PM
To be considered, you must be able available to work at least 2 Saturday shifts and at least 2 Sunday shifts per month. Ideal candidate would also able to work both morning shifts and closing shifts through out the week.
To be considered, you must have at least 1 year experience working in a past paced coffee shop setting or equivalent experience.

Competitive wages plus tips! Starting base pay of $12.50/hr plus an additional $10.00-$15.00/hr in cash tips for a total of $22.50-$27.50/hr.

We are currently hiring part time baristas, ranging from 12-24 hours per week.
