Job Description:
As a BDA/DAS Technician with BearCom, you will be responsible for the installation and support of BDA/DAS systems, including Public Safety, LMR, and Cellular.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and possess the technical ability to create imaginative solutions that meet and exceed the most challenging customer needs.
- Lead in the Installation and Commissioning of BDA/DAS Systems
- Troubleshoot and Repair BDA/DAS Head-End and Battery Backup (BBU) Equipment, Including Structured Cabling Systems
- Commission RF and/or Fiber Interfaced Systems
- Read and Interpret Design Drawings and Technical Documentation, Provide Redline Edits to Original Design as Needed
- Some Regional and/or Overnight Travel and On-Call Hours May Be Required
- Knowledge of RF Test Equipment, Including PCTEL, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Site Analyzers
- Ability to Read Blueprints and/or Logic Diagrams (e.g., Visio)
- Familiar with NEC Installation Guideline Theory
- Understand Basic RF Theory
- FCC GROL and/or NICET License a Plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must-Have Valid Driver’s License
- Drug Screenings, Motor Vehicle Records, and Background Checks are Part of the Hiring Process
