Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development professional at Beard Construction Group, LLC. The territory is focused on LA, AR, MS, AL & FL. Your office locations can either be in Port Allen, LA or Luling, LA. The Business Development professional will be responsible for market and customer research, lead generation, developing and growing customer relationships and maintaining a credible pipeline of opportunity consistent with meeting BCG's business goals.

Highlighted Qualifications

• Analytical skills and market research abilities
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills is a requirement
• Experience in lead generation through quality customer interaction, market intelligence platforms, and networking
• Client account strategy development and management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
• Bachelor's degree in a business, technical or construction management related field
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a requirement
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM software.
