We are seeking a dedicated and organized Field Coordinator to oversee and enhance our program initiatives. Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Dispatching:
- Receive and prioritize service requests from customers, including emergency calls.
- Schedule appointments for technicians based on availability, customer location, and service type.
- Dispatch technicians to customer sites with relevant job details and necessary parts information.
- Work Order Management:
- Create and update work orders with details of service requests, including customer information, equipment details, and problem description.
- Monitor the progress of work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Close work orders upon service completion, including necessary documentation and billing information.
- Customer Communication:
- Contact customers to confirm appointments and provide estimated arrival times.
- Communicate service updates to customers regarding technician status, repair progress, and potential delays.
- Address customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to field technicians regarding troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
- Stay updated on latest mechanical equipment and repair procedures.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and ensure sufficient stock levels for field technicians.
- Monitor and manage parts usage, ordering new parts as needed.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service response time, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including principles of operation, troubleshooting techniques, and common repairs across various equipment types.
- Customer Service:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, address concerns, and build positive relationships.
- Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and work orders efficiently.
