Event Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Manager & Coordinator to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution at our venue. This role requires a mix of creativity, organization, and customer service to ensure seamless events and memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will manage private parties, corporate gatherings, league nights, and special themed events while working closely with the bar and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute private and corporate events, tournaments, league nights, and special promotions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for event inquiries, bookings, and client communications.
• Develop event packages, pricing, and promotional materials to maximize bookings and revenue.
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to create catering options and drink specials for events.
• Ensure all events run smoothly by overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Promote events through social media, local marketing, and partnerships.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive group bookings.
• Train and manage event staff as needed to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
• Gather feedback from clients and guests to continually improve event offerings.

Pay: $39,532.13 - $47,608.58 per year
