- Paid Time Off Management: Manage approval process related to employee timekeeping and its effect on payroll process.
- Payroll Schedule: Manage payroll process schedule and communication across departments.
- Review and Posting: Manage the review and posting process of each payroll run.
- Internal Payables: Manage payments of any required internal payable related to payroll process.
- File Maintenance: Manage internal files related to payroll process.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Payroll Processor will support the posting of payroll process to the general ledger and provide assistance with employee and employer requests related to changes in payroll process data base.
