- Develop materials processing logs, to be completed by yourself and field personnel, for all processes based on contractual requirements.
- Complete daily logs detailing materials processed.
- Collaborate with Accounting personnel on required billing.
- Collaborate with Accounting personnel on cost coding of project expenses.
- Procurement and management of materials required for daily processing.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team on managing an inventory of department tools and equipment.
- Responsible for personnel management, including tasks such as coordinating multiple shifts of operators, scheduling employees, payroll tracking and reporting, PTO approvals, and incident or accident reporting.
- Direct FS: Operations Team personnel on daily materials processing activities.
- Attend and participate in the facility’s Operations meetings.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing appropriate facility material processing.
- Strive to meet and exceed facility expectations of downtime during plant operations.
- Act as a steward of Bearing culture and behave in a manner that sets a positive example for others to follow.
- Participates in job site safety activities, such as safety meetings and safety walks. Uphold and communicate Bearing Construction’s safety standards.
- Be proactive in your duties, self-starting and able to manage yourself, and take ownership of tasks from start to completion.
- Makes daily decisions that enhance processing operations without sacrificing values or relationships.
- Grow and mentor future facilities services staff and fellow team members.
- Participates in business meetings and committees and builds and maintains effective relationships with project stakeholders.
- Lead the development of a detailed Operations schedule.
- Coordinate with all parties to mitigate conflicts involving the daily facility’s operations by obtaining required shutdowns, specialized materials, necessary staffing, or subcontractors.
- Demonstrates knowledge of contract documents, such as drawings, O&M manuals, equipment requirements, processing parameters, etc.
- Clearly communicates using a collaborative approach to share information between project stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with project stakeholders and ensure team members actively strive to do the same.

- State certified wastewater or water treatment operator license or equivalent experience
- Background in facility Operations and management.
- Experience with facility operations software platforms preferred but not required.
- Experience with construction software platforms preferred but not required
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of plans, O&M manuals, and schematics
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Advanced critical thinking and judgment skills.
- Must be able to work in an active outdoor construction site environment.
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
- Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and be exposed to dirt or dust.
- Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment while at work.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to work for long periods of time while standing.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
