Beartooth Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the open Work Order Clerk/Member Services Representative position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create job and service orders.
- Maintain membership accounts.
- Communicate with delinquent account members to encourage payment.
- Process capital credits.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in business management or related field.
- High school diploma and two years prior business experience with collections and/or accounts receivable.
- Knowledge of office equipment and computer experience, including Microsoft Office products.
- NISC software is a plus.
