Qualifications
- Prefer 1 years sales experience in Power Sports or Auto.
- Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement preferred.
- Motivating, inspiring, and energetic personality.
- Must be a self starter that doesn't require constant coaching.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM, Ect.).
- Must be able to move around motorcycles, tractors, and roxors.
- Must be ok with cleaning and shop upkeep.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Treat all employees and clients fairly, courteously, and with dignity.
- Ensure customers are properly qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy.
- Be honest and fair in all business dealings.
- Effective communicator, negotiator, closer, and team player.
- Maintain an efficient / appealing showroom environment.
- Maintain superior customer service by going above and beyond what is required.
- Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Knowledge of competitive brands.
- Use Customer Relationship Software and instill the importance of its benefits to maintaining relationships.
- Ensure all proper paperwork is completed and included in the deal jacket before taking it to management.
- Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling. (Summer and Winter hours vary).
- Focus on quality.

Pay: $2,750.00 - $6,000.00 per month
