What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Sidewalk Crew Leader position at Beary Landscape Management Inc?
What you will be doing:
- Supervising crews by providing leadership, direction, and support.
- Planning and managing the full schedules of all team members.
- Completing weekly safety talks to crew members and daily safety tailgate talks to crew.
- Ability to adapt and adjust work methods to account for weather conditions and obstacles.
Qualifications:
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with snow removal (commercial and residential).
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading crew members with success providing direction, training and support to crew members.
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours in extreme weather conditions.
