About The Role

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by developing and selling integrated advertising solutions (traditional and digital) to both new and existing local and regional clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively prospecting and smart cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Understanding client needs, challenges, and opportunities to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and growing current client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renew campaigns
• Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation platforms
• Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue targets
• Work with internal digital execution teams to layout client’s needs and develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client’s objectives
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years in B2B sales required.
• Experience or a background in media sales and digital marketing sales
• Ability to build strong relationships with local advertisers
• A candidate that has experience in selling SEM, Programmatic Display/Video, Social-Media, Email Marketing, etc… is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent above budget performer.
• Exceptional communication skills with consultative / solutions selling experience.
• Team player focused on individual but also team growth
• Proven record of hitting/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPI’s.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Lead Generation tools
