Key Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and ensure proper reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and cash application team to resolve client billing and payment issues.
- Responsible for timely follow-up on overdue invoices for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations (e.g., GAAP).
- Support the month-end closing process by assisting with documentation and reports when necessary
- Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of collections experience, with demonstrated ability to achieve results
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the media, digital advertising, or broadcasting industries.
- Netsuite and Collection software experience
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
