Coaching Positions Available

Assistant Coach (Level 1)
Pay: $12–$20 per session
Commitment: Approximately 6-month apprenticeship or 50 sessions

• Assist with team practices and player development
• Run private or semi-private training (1–4 players)
• Shadow experienced coaches while learning the Beast system
• Ideal for new coaches or former players looking to grow

Head Coach (Level 2)
Pay: $20–$30 per session

• Lead your own AAU team (10–15 players)
• Run weekly practices and coach at tournaments
• Conduct skill clinics (up to 12 players)
• Use our tools to communicate with parents and track player progress

Senior Coach (Level 3)
Pay: $40 per session plus bonus and incentive opportunities
Perks: Eligible for profit sharing and leadership roles

• Run your own training programs and clinics
• Oversee multiple teams or locations
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 coaches
• Coordinate travel teams, community partnerships, or event hosting

Candidate Requirements

• Passionate about coaching youth athletes (ages 6–17)
• Reliable, organized, and great with kids and families
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong basketball background (coaching or playing experience)
• Willingness to grow into bigger roles
• Must pass background check and complete coach onboarding
