As a Front of the House Attendant/Cashier/Takeout Specialist you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service that makes our guests feel welcome. Our servers thrive on making loyal guests by introducing them to how careful sourcing and a dedication to detail make a difference in our genre. Some duties include:
- greeting/seating
- taking orders
- running food
- taking payments
- refilling drinks
- customer service
- sidework
- dishes
- cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, including using POS systems, cash registers, and handling cash
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle food and beverages safely and efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or other similar systems is advantageous
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales and upselling experience is beneficial
- Certification in food safety is preferred
- Culinary experience or background is a bonus
Pay
$18-$25/hr. ($15/hr. tips)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
