What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Regional Driver CDL Graduates OK Week position at Beast Mode Truckin?
Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Dry Van Trailers. After training you will be running within the Great Lakes / North Central Region.
Pay / Benefits
1300 - $1400 average weekly pay
56 - .64 a mile depending on experience
40 stop pay.
40 short haul pay.
50 Driver assist pay
Training Pay $650 week (4-6 weeks) if under 6 months experience
06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
Job Details
Running lane is the North Central Regional.
Hauling 53' Dry Van trailers.
Home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset (weekends most likely but not guaranteed).
Mix of drop & hook and live load / unload and sometimes driver assist.
Driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
Miles a week is 2000.
No trainees out of Minnesota
Requirements
Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120 hours.
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
Cannot have been terminated from last job. Safety to review all criminal convictions.
No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years
Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
