Beast Mode Truckin is seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. As a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive their shipments on time while upholding the standards of safety and compliance that define our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer and transport goods to assigned locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and delivery activities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to provide updates on transportation status.
- Adhere to all federal and state regulations as well as company policies regarding transportation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries to uphold company reputation.
- Ensure the secure handling of cargo throughout the transportation process.
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
- Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and remain on-call as required by operations.

- .43-.61 a mile depending on experience
- $500 monthly bonus
- $15 stop pay.
- $20 for loads under 100 miles
- Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months experience
- .06 per mile monthly safety bonus
- Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO.
