Benefits and Compensation
At Beast Mode, we recognize the importance of providing our drivers with a comprehensive compensation package. This includes an average weekly salary ranging from $900 to $1,200, depending on experience. Trainees earn a competitive rate of $600 per week for 4-6 weeks. Furthermore, we offer a sliding pay scale of $0.43-$0.57 per mile for new hires and up to $0.72 per mile for experienced drivers. Our drivers also enjoy full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO. Additionally, we provide various incentives such as $5 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop, $20 for loads under 100 miles, and $0.06 per mile monthly safety bonus.
