What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Regional Driver - Recent CDL Graduates OK position at Beast Mode Truckin?
Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Reefer Trailers. After training you will be running the Western 7 Region.
Job Details
- Running lanes are CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, UT.
- 100% No Touch Reefer freight
- Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset although most drivers get home throughout the week depending on where they live.
- Driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
- Average miles a week is 2000-2200.
Pay/Benefits
- Trainees are paid $650/week (4-6 weeks)
- After training pay is .45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1000-$1200 a week
- Experienced drivers range from .46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.
- $25 stop pay for 1st stop, $35 per additional stops.
- .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
- Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
Requirements
- Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school.
- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
- Must have a clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
- Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
- No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
- Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
