Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source drivers
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates
- Maintaining relationships with potential candidates throughout the hiring process
- Working closely with your lead recruiter to understand the needs and demands of the business
- Utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment events for outreach
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employer branding strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
