Requirements and Compensation

- A clean driving record with no major accidents or suspensions within the past 5 years
- Solid work history with minimal gaps in employment
- Possess a strong commitment to road safety
- Average weekly pay: $1100
- Trainees receive $650/week for 4-6 weeks
- Mileage pay on a sliding scale from .43 to .57 per mile
- Additional compensation for loads under 100 miles
- Monthly safety bonus
