Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Home Window Tint Technician to oversee and execute residential window film installations. This hands-on leadership role involves performing high-quality tint installations, training junior technicians, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform residential window film installations with precision and attention to detail
- Evaluate window types and recommend appropriate film solutions to clients
- Supervise and train junior technicians to uphold company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product options and installation processes
- Ensure all tools, materials, and vehicles are maintained in good condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on-site
- Manage daily schedules, job documentation, and inventory
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Uphold quality assurance and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in residential or commercial window tinting
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various window film types and installation techniques
- Ability to read measurements, use precision tools, and cut film accurately
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding when needed
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per week
