Title: 7-Eleven Key Account Manager- East
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Department: National Accounts
Reports to: National Sales Director 7-Eleven
Salary: $110K - $120K Bonus
Date: 2/2025
Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager East for BeatBox Beverages is responsible for increasing the
company's business & executing the sales and marketing programs for 7-Eleven brand family which includes 7-Eleven, Speedway, Sunoco A-plus (where applicable), and Stripes. The primary function of this role is to close gaps with store operators, work to execute a plan with Distributors, along with key stakeholders, as well as build a strong working relation to sell approved programs to the FOA's. He/she will need strong communication and consistency. The Execution Manager must be critically aware of industry best practices, regional competition, and overall alcohol beverage strategies. They will need to build working relationships with the Franchise groups, local Distributor Key Account Managers, internal team members and effectively communicate execution plans to all
distributor partners.
The Key Account Manger East 7-Eleven will need to utilize data to analyze organizational
performance in 7-Eleven/Speedway/Stripes and identify opportunities for growth. The
ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, driven, adaptable, and a detail-oriented
team player who is committed to the success of 7-Eleven.
The ideal candidate for the 7-Eleven Key Accounts Manager East will need to live in close proximity to an eastern US major airport ideally New York, Washington DC/Northern Virginia, Charlotte areas.

- Work with Franchise groups and Distributors to execute 7-Eleven/Speedway/Stripes programming as well as execute approved programs.
- Develop a strong understanding of 7-Eleven's business needs and pain points and develop plans to address those needs.
- Clearly and concisely communicate sales results to BeatBox Beverages sales team and distributor networks to ensure execution of retail plans and promotions.
- Work with distributor key account managers, 7-Eleven team to develop crew drives in markets where distribution is not up to standards.
- Manage Travel and Expense budget.
- Preparation and delivery of detailed, professional presentations for business reviews and sales calls.
- Discover/uncover opportunities and grow volume in 7-Eleven.
- Performs additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- A strong willingness to learn syndicated data & category management selling.
- Proven track record in building good relationships with retail customers, internal associates, and wholesalers.
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to gather and use customer feedback to identify customer and market needs and challenges.
- Demonstrated diligence and ability to follow through on all commitments (internal and external stakeholders).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals with a minimum of direction.
- Proven analytical skills and understanding of syndicated data and its applicability to beverage alcohol categories are required.
- Travel and a valid driver's license & vehicle are required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
