Title: Systems Integration Specialist

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: Technology Systems Manager

Salary: $80,000–100,000 Bonus (15%)

Position Summary:

The Systems Integration Specialist is a critical member of the Information Technology (IT) team,

responsible for managing and optimizing the integration of all business and departmental

systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role ensures seamless data flow between

systems, implements integration solutions, and resolves technical issues to support the

company's operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system

administration, data integration, and project management, with a focus on enhancing system

interoperability and efficiency.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Integration and Administration
  
  

Design, implement, and manage integration solutions between ERP systems, software

systems, and other business applications.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify integration requirements and improve system

interoperability.

Monitor and maintain integration tools and platforms, ensuring optimal performance.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support
  
  

Oversee configuration, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365

applications.

Manage data flows between Dynamics and other systems, ensuring alignment with

business needs.

Provide user training and support for Dynamics functionalities and integrations.

• Data Management
  
  

Oversee data migration and transformation processes for system integrations.

Maintain data security and integrity throughout integration projects.

Develop and implement data integration best practices and protocols.

• Project Management
  
  

Plan and execute system integration projects from conception to completion.

Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of integration

solutions.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and challenges.

• Technical Troubleshooting and Support
  
  

Investigate and resolve issues related to system integrations and data flow.

Act as a point of contact for escalated technical issues.

Perform routine audits of integrated systems to identify and address potential issues.

Ensure all integration solutions comply with relevant security and regulatory standards.

Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data.

Work closely with software vendors, IT teams, and department heads to ensure

integration solutions meet business needs.

Provide recommendations for technology upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Education
  
  

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications in system integration, cloud platforms, or Microsoft Dynamics are a plus.

• Experience
  
  

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in system integration or a related field.

Proven expertise in managing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Boomi) and data migration.

Experience with bot automation tools for task automation.

Strong understanding of system integration principles and practices.

Experience with APIs, EDI, web services, and data integration platforms.

Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript) for

integration purposes.

Familiarity with cloud services like Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and AWS.

Knowledge of networking and security protocols.
