For more than 60 years, Beatitudes Campus has been a beacon of warmth and care for seniors in the North Phoenix area. Our sprawling 27-acre campus offers a full continuum of care, from independent living to long-term care. We're more than just a facility; we're a community where residents thrive and relationships flourish.
The Role
- Sales Leadership : Oversee and inspire a dedicated sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Community Engagement : Actively participate in networking, community events and network with key influencers. Develop & implement referral programs with referral organizations and local healthcare providers.
- Team Development : Motivate, direct, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Operational Excellence : Manage sales operations, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Event Participation : Participate, along with the sales team, in our broad array of prospecting events designed to showcase our unique and vibrant community.
- Collaborate with Marketing : Assist in creating a well-branded and consistent brand experience - from prospect to new resident.
