For 60 years, Beatitudes Campus has been a beacon of warmth and care for seniors in the North Phoenix area. Our sprawling 27-acre campus offers a full continuum of care, from independent living to long-term care. We're more than just a facility; we're a community where residents thrive and relationships flourish. As a life plan and rental community, we offer a variety of contract types to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
The Role
As our Director of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional senior living experiences. Your responsibilities will include :
- Sales Leadership : Oversee and inspire a dedicated sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Community Engagement : Actively participate in networking, community events and network with key influencers. Develop & implement referral programs with referral organizations and local healthcare providers.
- Team Development : Motivate, direct, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Operational Excellence : Manage sales operations, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Event Participation : Participate, along with the sales team, in our broad array of prospecting events designed to showcase our unique and vibrant community.
- Collaborate with Marketing : Assist in creating a well-branded and consistent brand experience - from prospect to new resident.
