Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Infusion Center Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments, registration, check-in, and other clerical duties as directed by the Director of Clinic Practice. The Coordinator will perform all front desk staff duties and medical records, bring energy and positivity to our team, greet patients, distribute paperwork, and enter pertinent information including insurance and demographics into the patients chart. The coordinator will also be responsible for helping with outside prior authorizations and approvals for infusion patients.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. General secretarial experience required, healthcare experience preferred. Post-secondary education may substitute for year of experience. 1 year of experience in medical office setting required
Schedule:
Full-Time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
