As a Registered Nurse-Med/Surg, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying needs and priorities for care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and best available research
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
Requirements:
- Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Current licensure as an RN in the State of Nebraska or Compact state
- Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. within one year of hire
Work Environment:
Full-time position, 7:00p-7:00a, with flexible shifts every two weeks and rotating weekends and holidays
