Speech Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of rehabilitation specialists at Beatrice Community Hospital.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an upcoming graduate or experienced therapist to provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing in a critical access hospital setting.
- Evaluate and treat patients with various communication disorders using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document clinical data, observations, progress, and response to therapeutic interventions in evaluation, treatment, and discharge notes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and a current Nebraska Speech-Language Pathology license (or temporary license).
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with flexible hours of 32-40 hours per week, primarily daytime hours.
