Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing case management services, coordinating with families and community partners, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to clients. Daily tasks will include team meetings, performance evaluations, client assessments, and the implementation of individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in case management, supports planning, and client assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
- Prior experience in community-based support services or healthcare is a plus
