Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our close knit dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with others.

Duties
- Assist the dentists and dental hygienists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Take digital x-rays as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software system (Eaglesoft).
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage appointment scheduling as minor role.
- Support administrative tasks when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive patient experience within the clinic.
Requirements
- Previous dental experience is not required, but not necessary for the position.
- Positive attitude and ability to relate well with people.
- Good work ethic.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technology or skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
