Primary Responsibilities and Details:
- This role is key to leaving a lasting impression with each customer, and is also key in maintaining client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in getting appropriate products
- Conduct water tests
- Utilize the companies POS system to cash out customers and administer returns
- Collaborate with other team members to keep the showroom area clean and organized
- Assist in maintaining the shelves being stocked
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis in a professional manner
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
· Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
