About Us: Beau & Ro Shop is a local Charleston brand that creates unique prints and flattering silhouettes designed for the confident woman who values effortless, feminine dressing. Beau & Ro’s collections span handbags, jewelry and apparel made for everyday living and those special moments. Beau & Ro The Label is proudly made at our fairtrade factory Olive Workshop in India.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us with content creation to expand our social media and e-commerce presence.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing, self-motivated Social Media and Marketing Intern for the summer season who is enthusiastic about being in front of the camera. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for social media trends, and the ability to create engaging video content. This role involves working closely with our Marketing & Events Manager and other team members to enhance our brand's online presence and connect with our audience in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Shoot and produce high-quality content for our social media channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand's aesthetic and voice.
- Weekly Try-On Videos: Film and edit weekly new arrival try-on videos to be shared across our social platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyze current social media trends, and work with our Marketing Manager to provide insights to the team.
- Support Tasks: Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager and E-commerce Manager with various tasks, including campaign planning, content scheduling, influencer marketing campaigns, and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for fashion and social media
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field
