Nantucket - Store Manager
We're hiring a Nantucket store manager for the 2025 season. In town housing available above the store.
As a team member at Beau & Ro, you’ll focus primarily on ensuring the store hits sales goals, and delivers the highest level of customer experience. We’re looking for people who are proactive, a quick learner, and looking to make a direct impact on our success! The position is from mid-May through mid-October.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers, driving sales and a fun customer experience
- Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities
- Oversee the inventory intake process, monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is well merchandised at all times
- Professionally pack and ship online customer orders
- Oversee the Nantucket sales team
- Assist with planning and overseeing marketing and any in-store promotional events
- Generous compensation, based on experience. Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
