Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs upon arrival.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring proper handling of each vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area and service bays.
- Assist with guest services, including answering questions and providing information about services offered.
- Operate cash registers for any transactions as needed.
- Support delivery drivers by coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all guests.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Experience in valet parking or working at a dealership is advantageous.
