Job Title : Finance Manager
Job Type : Full-time 40 Hours
Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM- 4 : 30 PM
Location : 630 Proctor Ave NW, Elk River MN 55330
Beaudry Oil & Propane seeks to hire a Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager oversees and manages the financial procedures and systems of the company's account and finance departments. They analyze expenditures and develop realistic budget plans to maximize profits. Additionally, a Finance Manager reports any issues affecting performance or the company's profitability to the upper management team. They play a crucial role in designing and implementing organizational financial success plans. They're also involved in company mergers and acquisitions, follow protocols to protect the organizations financially, and play a critical role in a company's financial success and managing its financial divisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement policies for the finance and account department
- Monitoring cash flow and identifying financial risks
- Manage and oversees all financial affairs for the organization
- Developing financial projections and forecasting
- Managing the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage, direct, and control daily processes
- Verify system and processes in place and make changes whenever necessary
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Providing financial analysis and advice on company financial decisions
- Create strategic business plans by analyzing the company's status and financial forecasts
- Provide support to the COO and President
- Handle negotiations for mergers, acquisitions, and the establishment of new divisions within the company
- Manage and oversees the accounting and customer service staff
