The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated departments. This individual provides counsel and support in all areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development, engagement, employee relations and compliance with both State and Federal regulations
Position RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR or business. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Human resources experience in healthcare preferred.
Certifications/Licenses:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or PHR preferred.
