About the Role:
The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for providing reading instruction to young students in small and large group settings. The successful candidate will use research-based information to instruct students in reading, provide RTI services, and collaborate with colleagues to identify students who need instructional support in reading. Additionally, the Early Childhood Educator will attend ongoing professional development provided by the school and district, as well as weekly/monthly meetings in current literacy research and practices.
