Beaumont Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility)
A new, 144-bed behavioral health facility - Beaumont Behavioral Hospital will provide a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues will be offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. The facility will provide a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family and individual therapy.

Position Summary
The Lead Admission Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the Admissions Coordinator staff, ongoing staff training as well as new hire training. The Lead also answers the main doors, he hospital multi-line phone, verifies patient insurances, obtaining signatures on admitting paperwork, and processing the admitting forms. The Coordinator interfaces with the Intake Department, patients, and nursing units.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience verifying insurance required
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in an admissions or related department required
- Multi-line phone and computer skills required
- Professional, customer service focused individual with strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and critical thinking skills.
- Willing to train the enthusiastic individual
