We are looking for a Full time Dining Services Manager. (Weekend & Holiday are required).

BASIC FUNCTION:
Develops and supervises F&B Dining Employees to assure residents and guests satisfaction. Assists the F&B Director with promotion of Beaumont’s dining facilities. Partners with F&B Director to create an efficient and properly employees’ operations.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruits, interviews, hire, trains, supervises, evaluates, and develops the F&B service employees in accordance with established Beaumont procedures. Manages inexperienced employees’ orientation for the F&B department. Conducts pre-meal meetings with all service employees to ensure smooth service, attention to details and answers any employee questions. Ensures that all Residents, Employees and Guests receive courteous, prompt, and professional attention to all their needs. Reviews and authorizes bi-weekly payroll and submit to accounting department on time. Monitors all and tracks all time off requests, paid time benefits and employee attendance weekly. Responsible for a safety program for the F&B department; comply with OSHA standards. Schedules an employee from F&B to attend the monthly Safety Committee meeting.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
COMPETENCIES:
Possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the program, goals, and objectives pertaining to food and beverage. Requires a strong background in wines and the ability to match wine to meals. An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual and high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. Is discreet and behaves with high degree of professionalism.
