Salon Receptionist / Salon Assistant
Duties:
-Must hair hair styling background and knowledge on braiding and shampooing
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide information about salon services and products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase salon products
- Assist with jewelry sales and provide recommendations to clients
- Assist with wireless sales and provide information on available options
- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately
- Assist with electronics sales, such as hair dryers or straighteners
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Maintain stock of salon products and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Sell salon products to clients and provide recommendations based on their needs
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate transaction processing
- Familiarity with electronics sales is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
