What to expect from us
- Owner will provide {Back bar including– shampoo, conditioner, hair bleach, foil for highlights, shower caps, tint bowls and brushes, and client capes}
- Wi-Fi and cable
- Towels provided
- Complementary water and beverages for clients

- Monthly ads promoting the business
- First set of business cards & flyers
- Salon phone service
- online booking platform w/ access to your own platform to manage your own pricing and hours
- separate phone service hook up
- 15% discount on supply products (including hair)
- Fully equipped break area.
- Lockers for back storage of products
- Access to salon suite and main floor area
- Suite cleaning once a week
- Towel service provided (pick ups once a week)
- cleaning of the suite once a week all included in the rental fee
Skills
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CLIENTELE .
- Background in cosmetology or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in well-rounded skill set for beauty services.
- Strong upselling abilities to promote additional services or products effectively.
- Knowledge of great consultation practices is a plus, allowing for cross-service opportunities.
- Understanding of color theory to assist clients in choosing complementary styles.
- Experience in mentoring or training staff is beneficial for team development.
- Familiarity with store management practices and retail math can enhance operational efficiency.
