About the role
We’re seeking a data-driven, innovative, and results-oriented Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to spearhead customer acquisition, optimize product-led funnels, and accelerate revenue growth. In this role, you’ll be at the helm of our growth strategy—leading everything from paid media campaigns to lifecycle marketing strategy—while partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Sales to ensure Beautiful.ai’s offerings reach the right audience at the right time. You’ll be a key player in evolving our PLG model as well as driving demand for our enterprise sales team.
What you will be doing :
- Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing roadmap aligned with overarching company objectives and the PLG strategy.
- Create strategy and plan to scale paid media channels efficiently, achieving CAC & CAC payback targets.
- Lead a small team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid digital channels to drive qualified sign-ups and maximize ROI.
- Lead SEO / SEM strategy to enhance organic discoverability and acquisition metrics.
- Continuously test new channels, creative variations, and messaging to uncover high-impact opportunities for customer growth.
- Conversion Funnel Optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to drive funnel improvements, ensuring a seamless new user journey.
- Collaborate with Product and UX to refine onboarding flows, increase conversion and reduce churn.
- Implement A / B and multivariate testing to optimize user experiences, conversion and ROI.
- Marketing Analytics & Attribution
- Own analytics frameworks and attribution models to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, channels, and product-led growth efforts.
- Leverage data insights to optimize spend, forecast results, and inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop a cohesive growth plan that aligns with product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data / Analytics teams to ensure proper instrumentation of events, funnels, and KPIs that reflect user behavior in a PLG environment.
- Budget & Stakeholder Management
- Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Product, Sales, and Finance) to align growth efforts with overall company priorities and revenue targets.
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
- Manage external agencies that support our growth strategy and plans.
What we expect from you :
7-10 years of experience in growth and performance marketing, ideally within SaaS.
