Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns.
- Manage daily operations including enrollment processes, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance program offerings and resources.
- The director shall be responsible for creating, executing, and overseeing advertising and marketing strategies designed to increase the visibility and enrollment of the daycare in the surrounding areas.
