About the Role

In this position, you will work primarily with moderate to high-functioning individuals, providing compassionate and effective therapeutic care. We value sensitivity and inclusivity, so you should be comfortable working with clients presenting a wide range of sexual, gender, and identity preferences. Your responsibilities will include :

Delivering high-quality clinical care tailored to individual client needs.
Completing necessary documentation and maintaining accurate records : case notes.
Conducting consult calls as needed and collaborating with other healthcare providers : psycho-educational seminars and workshops, parenting guidance, consultation with schools and other therapists if necessary
Participating in monthly group case consultation sessions and monthly staff meetings / training.
Engaging with our leadership team for ongoing support and guidance.

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates who embody the following qualifications :

Active Licensure : You hold an active LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW license.

Experience : Clinical counseling : 2 years (Preferred)

Advanced Training : You possess knowledge of or training in modalities such as CBT, strengths-based, EMDR, or solution focused therapy.

Collaborative Spirit : You are community-minded and thrive in collaborative environments.

Session Commitment : You are willing and able to conduct a minimum of 15 (part time) or 30 (full time) counseling sessions per week on an agreed upon schedule.

Personal Qualities : You are compassionate, warm, personable, hard-working, and reliable. You have sharp organizational skills, the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form; a self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.

Long-Term Commitment : You are interested in committing to a position that has the potential to evolve into full-time work and possibly include leadership responsibilities over the next two years.
