Come join our team! We are hiring for an office manager position. This position requires the following skills:
- At least a high school diploma or GED
- Excellent Typing Ability
- Excels in Paying Attention to Detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to maintain schedules for several people
- Ability to maintain electronic and paper files
- Excels in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other office applications
- Highly proficient in computers and the internet
- Maintain logs
- Maintain a good relationship with employees and client while setting appropriate boundaries
- Conflict resolution skills
- Appropriately respond to medical records requests in a timely manner
- Send referrals
- Draft business letters
- Obtain knowledge about multiple job descriptions within the company
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Meet timelines
- Greets clients on the phone and in person when needed
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and through electronic communications
- Ability to handle high stress situations
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Familiar with HIPPA practices
- Must be able to create procedures and policies
- Ability to find organizational problems and resolve them
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and CPS check
- Ideal candidate would rotate between our Princeton and Beckley locations
- Perform day to day tasks for employees outside of others job descriptions
- Any other tasks necessary
