What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple dental practices, ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.
- Drive performance and efficiency, managing schedules, budgets, and inventory across locations.
- Support and motivate team members, fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our mission to deliver world-class care.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to maintain smooth workflows, exceptional patient care, and compliance.
- Analyze financial data and manage budgets, making strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in office management, ideally in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Outstanding communication skills—being bilingual is a big plus!
- A leader with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities who can effectively manage staff across multiple locations.
- A self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset, ready to tackle any challenge with a positive attitude.
