Position Overview:
Manage & oversee coordination of all DC assembly projects at all 3PL’s.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling and communication of projects for production assembly at remote 3PL warehouses.
- Manage Calendars & Project Deadlines
- Analyze costs & processes to meet budget goals.
- Report weekly status reports to Control Tower
- Manage Work Orders
- Manage Inventory “Classes” associated with production assembly & correlating Live Orders
- Allocation Management of SKU’s (for and not for product assembly projects)
Essential Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
- Managing & Coordinating production assembly projects & allocation management requires constant cross functional collaboration with Control Tower, Supply Chain, CRM, Purchasing, PD, Vendor Compliance, and Operations/Distribution
- Working & daily communication with remote 3PL management, customer support, & production Departments
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suit (e.g., Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task, whilst maintaining clear and proactive flow of communication and ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- NetSuite experience a plus
- 3PL Warehousing experience
- Inventory Management
Education/Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years production and project coordination experience, preferably within a Distribution/Warehouse environment
