The Manager, Digital Activation (Search) will help to deliver our clients’ business objectives through bespoke and insight rooted digital programs. This individual is the day-to-day liaison between the client and the media community. They will build and maintain strong relationships with the media vendor community to ensure that our clients get premium access to opportunities and that our plans are the most innovative in the industry. The Manager will steward media plan development and implementation, including ongoing and insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize return on investment. They will be tasked to manage up to director level and supervise the Associate(s) and Senior Associate(s) day-to-day activities making sure that their growth as digital media professionals is of utmost importance.
What We’re Looking For
Compensation Range
$80,000—$95,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, advertising, or communications)
- 4 years of work experience (1 years managing programs focused on delivering and optimizing paid search campaigns)
- 3 years of digital industry experience
- Knowledge of the dynamics of media - how each media element performs alone, how they perform together, and how they are constantly changing
- Understanding of the skills and functions of the Investment side of the business, as well as the Strategic Business Units’ competencies
- Ability to foster a strong, cohesive working team and provide proper, thorough instruction
- Prioritize and multi-task effectively and formulate solutions
- Crucial to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported
- Strong understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
- Strong written skills; write clearly and concisely and present orally in an articulate and confident manner
- In-depth understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management and optimization practices, as well as an understanding of social, video, search retargeting, and other online advertising opportunities - Have strong management skills
- Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
